What to Bring to a Festival?

The most varied camping you’re likely to see is typically camping at a festival. You’ll see groups of large family tents looped next to other tents. Obviously, the gear you carry is up to you and to your budget, so better to have a checklist before going to the festival.

It’s important to take home everything you brought with you when the festival is over, or dispose of things you don’t want in the proper way. If you do not want to take your tent home for any reason, ask the festival if they have any drop off sites for discarded tents. The tent would continue to be in functional condition, so try to take care of it. While other people may assume that all tents left behind are donated to charity, this is clearly not the case because most tents left at festivals go to waste.

One of the key reasons given for not taking a tent home is not understanding how to put it back in its bag or believing it’s hard. The easiest way to learn is to practice, and we assure you that it’s very easy.
